UDP800 MKI is equipped with a high-powered quad-core MediaTek MT8581 processor, 12Gb Samsung DDR and 4Gb NAND; adopting a 6-layer PCB design, which shortens the signal path to reduce distortion, while using many high-precision and quality LDO regulators, in conjunction with Murata MLCC multi-layer ceramic capacitors and NCC electrolytic capacitors, guaranteeing the stability of signal transmission and power supply, while improving image and sound quality.

UDP800 MKI supports Dolby Vision and HDR 10+ High dynamic image standards, allowing you to experience stunning Ultra high definition quality and enjoying more vivid and realistic movies and shows. UDP800 MKI supports sound formats including Dolby Atmos and DTS-X, with a dedicated HDMI audio output terminal to achieve true audio and video separation, allowing users to enjoy superior sound effects for an unforgettable immersive surround experience. For Pure Audio playback, UDP800 specifically adopts a 4-layer PCB circuit board, each channel is designed with independent wiring, two independent Burr-Brown PCM1795 DAC processors are used for two-channel D/A decoding, processing left channel and right channel respectively. It is equipped with the high-quality MUSES8920 operation amplifier OP-AMP used to achieve audiophile sound quality. UDP800 MKI is equipped with stereo XLR balanced terminals and stereo RCA gold-plated unbalanced outputs. Pure audio mode function is available to bring uncompromised sound quality to audiophiles.

Fully compatible with a variety of disc formats including 4K UHD BD, BD, BD-R, BD-RE, DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW, DVD-Video, DVD-Audio, AVCHD, SACD, CD, CD-R/RW. Customized High-Power Transformer
A custom 60W high-power low noise transformer was specially selected for the UDP800 MKI, with a two-stage filter design along with a multitude of Japanese Rubycon electrolytic capacitors are used to meet the high transient response required by surround sound systems and high-resolution audio. A separate metal case dampens noise providing stability and quietness, further enhancing the audio and video quality.
