At Audio Advice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit for your home system, you can return most items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and remote controls to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
