Bring your SourcePoint 10 speakers up to Master Edition spec with this user-installable crossover upgrade kit. Designed for easy installation with just a standard screwdriver, the kit includes a pair of upgraded crossovers, hex keys, additional “tuning bung” plugs, featuring the same premium components and tuning refinements found in the Master Edition. Each crossover features a 3-position tonal switch — High, Mid, and Low — so you can tailor the sound to your room and personal listening preferences.
Tweeter Level Switch
This 3-position switch allows for customizing the sound of the speaker to match the characteristics of your listening room. Depending upon its construction and furnishing, the room might sound overly bright at mid and high frequencies, or overly dull, and will influence the sound that you hear from your speaker.
The switch has three positions; High, Mid, and Low. Choose the ”High” position for heavily damped rooms, the “Mid” for medium rooms, and the “Low” for overly bright rooms. Ultimately, your preferred switch position is your choice and dependent upon the tonality you prefer.
